When I Get There

I’ll follow the cobblestone path
to the place
where light is present

glittering every season;

breeze beckoning
between petal and stem

and you, just waiting,

one hand extended,
with forgiving eyes
whispering me back

where even in Winter,
we can be Spring.

  1. Yes…good for “In the Grave Day”…and tomorrow, it’s “One Day Closer” Day, and that stamp of resurrection indelibly highlighted…bless you in your long standing, hopeful sorrowful longing. ❤
